This is a analysis that I prepared partly in response to a request from members of the Conyer's committee investigating the integrity of the election in Ohio. It was widely circulated to Senators and US Representatives in anticipation of the decision to contest the election on January 6, 2005. 

This analysis forms the basis of a forthcoming book, written with Joel Bleifuss: Was the 2004 US Presidential Election Stolen? Exit Polls, Electoral Fraud, and the Official Count to be published by Seven Stories Press in 2006.
